This Committee, in partnership with Election Center’s team, determines the theme, agenda and prospective speakers during the development of each Special Workshop and National Conference.

The committee also serves as the governing body for the Professional Practice Awards program. Election Center annually highlights excellence in election professionalism by inviting members to submit and share their best ideas, practices, and partnerships through its Professional Practices Program. While many of those shared each year are outstanding, the most notable ones receive recognition at a special presentation during the national conference. Recipients are determined by the Program Development & Awards Committee and the Election Center’s Board of Directors.
